Terms of sale

Who we are. The seller is [owner full name], [geographic address], [trader email]. Mavis is an AI character; the seller is a person.

What you're buying. Digital content: the edition of The Pay Rise Kit (UK) you choose, as described on the sales page at the time you buy.

How the contract is made. You choose an edition and press its buy button. At the checkout you enter your details and can check and correct them before you press pay. The contract is made when your payment is accepted. We keep a record of your order, and you'll receive a receipt by email. These terms are in English only, and you can save or print this page.

Price. The price shown next to each buy button is the total you pay, including any VAT or sales tax due.

How you pay. You pay by card through Payhip, which runs the checkout and the download and takes care of any VAT on the sale. It works from any country, but the kit is written for UK employees.

Delivery. You can download straight after paying. Payhip shows your download as soon as you've paid and emails you a link as well. Lost it? Email [trader email] with your receipt and you'll get it again.

Your right to cancel. You can cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund, even after downloading. This is your legal right. To cancel, email [trader email].

Refunds: email [trader email] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Using the kit. The kit is for your own use. You may print it, write in it and edit the templates for yourself. Please don't share, resell or publish the files.

Not advice. Nothing in the kit or on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing in it promises a pay rise. Legal points in this kit describe the law in England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland has its own employment law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
