Who is responsible. [owner full name], [geographic address], [trader email].

What this site records. When you visit, the web server logs your IP address (as passed on by Cloudflare, which carries traffic to this site), your browser type, the page requested, the page that sent you here, and the time. These logs are kept for 90 days and are used to keep the site secure and to count visits; your IP address is what lets us count one visitor once. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts or advertising trackers. If your browser holds a cookie from another site on the same domain, our server removes it before your request reaches this site and never records it.

The pay checker. It runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us. When you finish a lookup, your browser sends one small counter request so we know a lookup happened; it carries nothing you typed.

When you buy. Payhip takes your payment. We receive your name, email, country and what you bought. We keep those records for as long as UK tax rules require.

Comments on social media. We read comments on our posts to answer them. If you ask a pay question, we copy the comment, its link, and the job title and region you gave into our private production notes, and delete them by 29 December 2026. If you agree to us using your comment in a video, we paraphrase it and never show your name or handle. We rely on legitimate interests for this, and you can object by emailing [trader email].

We never send marketing emails.

Who else handles data. Payhip (payments); Cloudflare, which carries traffic to this site; IONOS, which hosts it; and Anthropic, whose AI assistant helps us prepare scripts and weekly figures and may read our production notes and sales records. Some of these process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum; email [trader email] for details.

Why we're allowed to. To carry out your purchase (contract); to keep the site secure and count visits (legitimate interests); and to keep tax records (legal obligation).

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [trader email]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
